1 yellow cake mix
4 cups rhubarb,
cut into half-inch pieces
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup cream
Prepare cake mix as directed; pour into greased 9-by-13 pan. Next, layer the rhubarb on top of cake. Then, add sugar and finally pour the cream on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Apples may also be used in place of rhubarb.
