Fruit pizza

1 cup butter, softened

3/4 cup powdered sugar

1 1/2 cups flour

Filling:

1 8-ounce package cream cheese

1/2 cup of sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

Glaze:

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup orange juice

2 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch

Fresh fruit

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine butter, powdered sugar and flour. Pat into a 12-inch pizza pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until light brown. Cool. Spread crust with filling mixture and top with fresh fruit (strawberries, kiwi, grapes, bananas, melons, peaches, pineapple and etc.). Combine ingredients for glaze. Cook, stirring constantly until thick. Spoon over fruit.
