Fairbanks farms with his family, milking 380 cows three times a day in a double-12 parallel parlor. The stop at Wapsi-Ana Fairbanks Dairy was the final stop on a day of tours, before heading to Central City for the National Brown Swiss Convention Youth Awards Banquet later in the evening.
