Lauren Zastrow tests milk for mastitis July 14 at her family’s dairy farm near Horicon, Wisconsin. Alongside her siblings, she helps with a variety of daily farm tasks. The Zastrows said checking for mastitis is part of their commitment to producing high-quality milk and caring for the herd.
