2 quarts milk
2 cups sugar
6 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons flavoring of choice
8 eggs
Bring 2 quarts milk and 2 cups sugar to a boil. Mix. Add each ingredient, one at a time and stirring after each one; 6 tablespoons flour, 1 1/2 cups sugar, 3 tablespoons corn starch, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 cup milk, 8 eggs, 3 tablespoons flavoring of your choice. Cook together, let cool. Pour into 2-gallon ice cream freezer. Add 4 cups cream. Freeze.
